NADA Auto Show 2023: Nissan Magnite AMT Launched

Pioneer Moto Corp, the sole authorised distributor for Nissan in Nepal, has introduced a new upgrade to the Magnite compact SUV at the ongoing NADA Auto Show 2023. The Nissan Magnite will now be available with an Automated Manual Transmission (AMT).

The AMT variant of the Nissan Magnite will be available in five main variants: XL Mid (Rs 38,74,000), XV Upper (Rs 41,74,000), XV Upper Dual (Rs 42,09,000), XV Premium (Rs 45,74,000) and XV Premium Dual (Rs 46,09,000). It will be powered by the same 999cc petrol engine to deliver 98.63bhp@5000rpm and 152Nm@2200-4400rpm.

Similarly, the company has also showcased the Nissan Leaf EV and the lifestyle edition of the Navara Pro4X pickup truck along with the Magnite AMT.

The Nissan Leaf EV has a 40-kWh lithium-ion battery that has a range of up to 311 kilometres on a full charge, based on the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) standards. Powering the Leaf is an all-electric e-powertrain providing a maximum output of 110kW or 150ps and 320 Nm of instant torque. The Nissan Leaf can go from zero to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds, while reaching a top speed of 140 km/h.

The all-new Navara special Lifestyle Edition features come with a redesigned front bumper, Nissan’s trademark V- motion grille, and new headlamps – accented with a prominent chrome trim sporting the Navara branding. A higher ground clearance and greater towing capacity add to the Navara’s impressive presence on the road. The interior has a sportier feel with a new three-spoke steering wheel, combined with a New TFT meter and a 7-inch multi-information display.
